It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br /> <br />1. The drainage from the developed lots shall be drained to the storm sewer system in <br />Lamar Avenue at a rate determined by the Texas Department of Transportation. A <br />detention pond may be required. <br />2. Show the current zoning as commercial. <br />3. Additional water lines, fire hydrants and utility easements may be required for fire <br />protection. <br />4. Submit construction plans to the City of Paris Engineering Department for review. The <br />plan should include: grading, drainage, utilities and proposed buildings. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: <br /> <br />Tony N.
