February 14, 2005 <br />Page 5 <br />11.Consideration of and action on the following ordinances: <br />A.Amending Chapter 14, Article II, Division 2, Section 14-34(a) of the Code <br />or Ordinances of the City of Paris to increase the annual permit fee for <br />food establishments; creating a new Sub-Section (b) thereto establishing <br />a permit fee for temporary food establishments; revising current Sub- <br />Sections (b) and (c) to (c) and (d); amending Chapter 14, Article II, <br />Division 3, Sections 14-51 through 14-55 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Paris to provide for a Food Hygiene Certificate rather than a Food <br />Hygiene Decal and to increase the annual fee for food hygiene training. <br />12.Consideration of and action on the following resolutions: <br />A.Approving and authorizing the execution of a Joint Use Agreement with <br />th <br />the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) related to the 20 Street <br />N.E. and Pine Bluff Left Turn Lane Project. <br />B.Authorizing notice of termination of the City’s current Agreement for <br />Grounds Maintenance with Jackie Good d/b/a Good Tree Service and/or <br />Glover Lawn Maintenance. <br />C.Approving the City Engineer as the Director of Public Works as <br />recommended by the City Manager in conformance with Section 23 of <br />the City Charter. <br />13.Consider, discuss, and provide direction to City staff or consider possible <br />action regarding employee and dependent insurance coverage for employees <br />who are called to active duty. <br />14.Consider, discuss, and provide direction to City staff or consider possible <br />action regarding annual evaluation of the City Manager, City Attorney, and <br />Municipal Court Judge <br />15.Possible future agenda items. <br />16.Referrals. <br />17.Convene in Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas <br />Government Code, Consultation with Attorney, to receive advice of legal <br />counsel pertaining to pending or possible litigation and to receive advice of <br />legal counsel pursuant to the duty of an attorney to his client under the Texas <br />Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas, <br />regarding the following matters: <br /> <br />
