Temporary Zoning-Annexed Ter.. <br />ritory <br /> <br />6-100 All territory hereafter annexed to the City <br />of Paris shall be temporarily classified as <br />A, Agricultural District, until permanent <br />zoning is established by the City Council <br /> <br />6-101 <br /> <br />3035 <br /> <br />A6 <br /> <br />of the City of Paris. No permit for thp construction of a <br />building or use of land will be issued <br />by the Building Official other than a <br />permit which win allow the construc- <br />tion of a building permitted in the A, <br />Agricultural Distrj ct, unless and until <br />such territory has been classified in a <br />zoning district other than the A, Ag- <br />ricultural District, by the City Coun- <br />cil in the manner provided by law ex- <br />cept as provided in 6-101c following. <br />c. An application fol' a permit for any <br />other use than that specified in Para- <br />. graph b above shall be made to the <br />Building Official of the City of Paris <br />and by him referred to the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission for consider- <br />ation and recommendation to the City <br />Council. The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission in making its recommen- <br />dation to the City Council concerning <br />any such permit shall take into con- <br />sideration the appropriate land use for <br />the area and the Comprehensive Land <br />Use Plan for the City of Paris. The <br />City Council after receiving and re- <br />viewing the recommendations of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission may <br />by majority vote authorize the issu- <br />ance of a Building Permit or Cerlin- <br />
