Temporary Zoning-Annexed Ter.. ritory 6-100 All territory hereafter annexed to the City of Paris shall be temporarily classified as A, Agricultural District, until permanent zoning is established by the City Council 6-101 3035 A6 of the City of Paris. The procedure for establishing permanen t zoning on annexed territory shall conforrn to the procedure estal1lished by law for -:.he adoption of orig- inal zoning regulatio.n 3. In an area temporar: Iy classified as A, Agricultural District: a. An application fol' a permit for any other use than that specified in Para- . graph b above shall be made to the Building Official of the City of Paris and by him referred to the Planning and Zoning Commission for consider- ation and recommendation to the City Council. The Planning and Zoning Commission in making its recommen- dation to the City Council concerning any such permit shall take into con- sideration the appropriate land use for the area and the Comprehensive Land Use Plan for the City of Paris. The City Council after receiving and re- viewing the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission may by majority vote authorize the issu- ance of a Building Permit or Cerlin-
