Motion carried by a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat, Pecan Place, <br />Phase I. <br /> <br />Motion was made to deny by Carl Lucas, seconded by Benny Plata. <br />Motion carried by a vote of 8 ay.es and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the Master Plat Pecan Place. <br /> <br />Reeves Hayter opposed the preliminary plat in addition to other <br />items. The 2 right angle curves represent a traffic hazard at 34th <br />Street NE and 36th Street NE. <br /> <br />Motion was made to deny by Benny Plata, seconded by Brad Archer. <br />Motion carried by a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat on Lots 5 and 6, <br />Block A, of the Southwest Industrial Park #1, being located at 1810 <br />Loop 286 SW. <br /> <br />Motion made to approve by Benny Plata, seconded by Bobby Myers, <br />subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated, January 3, 2005. Motion <br />carried by a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat on Lot 1, Block <br />A, of the Ting Addition, being located at 3920 Lamar Avenue. <br />
