<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part
<br />of the Reddin Russell Survey #786, and being a part of a called 22.128 (tr. #1) acre tract of land and all
<br />of a called 0.34 (tr. #2) acre tract of land conveyed Paris Investments by deed recorded in Vol. 612,
<br />Page 851, of the Deed Records of said County and State.
<br />Beginning at a post (D" for corner at the Southwest corner of said 22.128 acre tract, the Northerly
<br />Southeast comer of a called 37.545 acre tract of land conveyed Artis Edzards by deed recorded in Vol.
<br />576, Page 889, of said Deed Records; and in the North Boundary Line of a caJled 14.299 acre tract of '
