Access ';;'.2~IDPdt. It is understood and acknowledged that the PrOperty includes <br />a strip of land approximately 60 .feet Wide from North Main Street (Highway 271) between the <br />O.48~ac;æ pad site being ~inPtj by, Seller to the south (the "Pad Site-) and the K Mart <br />property to the north. Such strlp of land, as identified by cross-hatclring on ~ attached <br />hereto 'and made a part hereof (the -Access Strip.), shall be used only as a 'public or private <br />roadway, and for no other pui:pose. The following PJ:°visions shall apply to the ~ Strip: <br /> <br />v, (a) Gtantor hereby rebin~ an easement to l,1Se the Access Strip for the pmposc <br />of pedestrian and vellli:u1ar ingress and egress from the Pad Site tÒ and from North Main Sheet. <br />Such, easement shall continue in effect until such time as the A~ strip is dedicated and <br />accepted as a public roadway. <br /> <br />(b).
