<br />., <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Shawn Napier, . <br />City Engineer / <br /> <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Tractor Supply Addition Final Plat <br /> <br />I have reviewed the fmal plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the fmal plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception. <br /> <br />1. Change the scale of the drawing on sheet 2 of2 to I-inch equals IOO-feet. <br />2. Please add the word "EASEMENT" to the title of the curve table and line table on sheet 1 <br />of2. <br />3. The fire hydrant and associated water line have moved west. Please revise the drawing to <br />show the existing fire hydrant and water line in the middle of the IS-foot utility easement. <br />4. Please add. f, certificate of guarantee of workmanship and material~.: used in the <br />construction and installation of water mains, sanitary sewer mains and street paving for a <br />period of one (1) year from the date of acceptance of the final plat. The certificate shall <br />be executed by the developer and owner or owners and by all other parties who have a <br />mortgage or lien interest in the property or subdivision. <br />5. Remove the tax certificate from the plat and submit an actual statement from the Lamar <br />County Appraisal District that all taxes and fees have been paid. <br />6. Remove the Acceptance Certificate for the City Manager. <br />7. Submit a list of any deed restrictions for the subdivision. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: <br /> <br />Tony N.
