Surveyor assumes no liability for any modificalion or unauthorized copies. <br />FIELD NOTES <br />Situated within the Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, part of the Joseph <br />Leach Survey #524, and being part of a called 10.867 acre tract of land conveyed to David W. Glass & <br />Barney W. Bray, III, by deed recorded in Vol. 714, Page 298, in the Deed Records of said County and <br />State. <br />Beginning at a 3/8" capped (HF 5699) iron pin (f) for corner at the Northeast corner of said Glass & <br />Bray 10.867 acre tract and at the Northerly Northwest corner of a called 41.41 acre tract of land conveyed <br />to Arjumand F. Hashmi by deed recorded in Instrument 092154-2011, in the Official Records of said <br />County and State. <br />Thence South 0°23'05" West (reference bearing) along the East Boundary Line of said Glass & Bray <br />10.867 acre tract and along the Northerly West Boundary Line of said Hashmi 41.41 acre tract a distance <br />of 299.44 feet to a 3/8" iron pin (f) for corner at a remaining Southeast corner of said Glass & Bray 10.867 <br />acre tract and at the Northeast corner of lot 20 Primrose Village 2, said Addition being recorded in <br />Envelope 333-B, in the Plat Records of said County and State; <br />Thence North 89°40'21" West along the remaining South Boundary Line of said Glass & Bray 10.867 <br />acre tract a distance of 334.50 feet to a 3/8" iron pin (f) for corner at the remaining Southwest corner of <br />said Glass & Bray 10.867 acre tract and at the Northwest corner of lot 16, of said Primrose Village 2; <br />Thence along the East Boundary Line of 42nd S.E. as follows: Northwesterly around a curve <br />(R=369.53' C=North 12°06'07" West 158.83') to the right a distance of 160.08 feet to a 3/8" spike nail (s); <br />North 0°23'S5" East a distance of 144.82 feet to a 3/8" spike nail (s) for corner at the remaining Northwest <br />corner of said Glass & Bray 10.867 acre tract; <br />Thence South 89°35'46" East along the South Boundary Line of Lamar Ave. a distance of 368.80 feet <br />to the place of beginning and containing 2.497 acres of land. <br />I, J.M.
