Field N otes <br />Offsite Utility Easement <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a <br />part of the Reding Russell Survey, Abstract 786, and including a part of a 12.838 acre <br />tract of land conveyed to Larry G. Fendley by deed recorded in Volume 538, Page 235, <br />of the Lamar County Real Property Records; also including a part of a 3.172 acre tract of <br />land conveyed to Larry G. Fendley by deed recorded in Volume 892, Page 017, of the <br />Lamar County Real Property Records, and being further described as follows: <br />Beginning at an iron pin set for corner in the West Boundary Line of Stillhouse <br />Road, said point being located South 32° 00' 56" West a distance of 181.21 feet from the <br />Northeast corner of said 3.172 acre tract; <br />Thence South 32° 00' 56" West with said West Boundary Line, at 39.30 feet <br />passing the Southeast corner of the 3.172 acre tract and the most Easterly Northeast corner <br />of said 12.838 acre tract, continuing in all a distance of 60.34 feet to a point for corner in <br />the North Line of an existing 40 foot sanitary sewer easement described in Volume 330, <br />Page 459, of the Lamar County Deed Records; <br />Thence North 70° 33' 04" West with said North Line a distance of 15.37 feet to a <br />point for corner; <br />Thence North 32° 00' 56" East a distance of 62.90 feet to a point for corner; <br />Thence South 60° 57' 45" East a distance of 15.02 feet to the place of beginning, <br />and containing 153.632 square feet of land. <br />16 <br />
