Greg Wilson seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously <br /> <br />405 W. Henderson, Lot 5, City Block 98 <br />Ms. Edna Embry stated that she intends to demolish the property, however <br />she is waiting on her contractor to finish another job before he can begin. <br />Ms. Embry asked that she be given 60 days to demolish the structure. <br /> <br />Greg Wilson made a motion that the building be demolished within 60 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 60 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Brad Archer seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously <br /> <br />363 5th Street N. W., Lot 10, City Block 53 <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this property. <br /> <br />Greg Wilson made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Chad Brown seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously <br /> <br />364 5th Street N.W., Lot 4-D, City Block 54 <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this property. <br /> <br />Greg Wilson made a motion that the building be repaired or demolished <br />within 30 days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is <br />not repaired or demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will <br />demolish the building. Chad Brown seconded the motion. The motion <br />carried unanimously <br /> <br />1493 7th Street N.W., Lot 2, Block 3, McKnight Addition <br />Mr. Alfred Williams stated that it is his intent to demolish the structure, <br />however he needs 90 days to get the work done. <br /> <br />Brad Archer made a motion that the building be secured within 7 days and <br />demolished within 90 days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the <br />building is not demolished within the 90 day time period, the City will <br />demolish the building. Mary Crumpler seconded the motion.
