Advance ~ce for Mowin2 City will give seven (7) to ten (10) days advance notice for mowing. flower {leds- Gateway Entrance and Plaza Area First year of contract only, contractor will be responsible for providing and planting seasonal flowers a minimum of once in the Fall in all flower beds, at the Gateway entrance and a total of twelve (12) planters in the downtown Plaza area. Flowers to be spaced no more than 8 inches apart. Second and third year of contract, contractor will be responsible for providing and planting seasonal flowers a minimum of twice per year, once in the Spring and once in the Fall, as described in above paragraph. Workers Compensation In addition to other insurance to be provided we also require bidder to have CUlTent liability and workman's compensation insurance at the time of bid opening. No exceptions. #14-C fu!bcontractina: Subcontractors will be allowed to perform 50% of the contract. The general contractor will be responsible for providing insurance coverage for the subcontractor. All subcontractors and equipment shall be approved by the City of Paris prior to any work being performed.
