Elcan for a change <br />in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a General Retail District <br />(GR) on Lot 6, City Block 313, being number 3850 Lamar Avenue. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on an ordinance amending Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 1710, changing the zoning from an Agricultural District <br />(A) to a General Retail District (GR) on Lot 6, City Block 313, being <br />number 3850 Lamar Avenue. <br />
