McAnally. <br />Motion to approve the COA for black paint on the handrails and lamp <br />posts and bronze paint on the windows was made by Barbara Wilson, <br />seconded by Paul Denney. Motion carried 5-0. <br />4. <br />Consideration of and action on granting the following requests for facade <br />grants: <br />A. The HPO advised that a COA <br />136 Bonham Street - Bill Kirby. <br />application was for work under a COA that had already been approved <br />by the Commission. Motion to approve the request was made by Sue <br />Lancaster, seconded by Ann Rodgers. Motion carried 5-0. <br />B. Daniel Atnip was not present at the <br />130 Bonham Street - Daniel Atnip. <br />meeting. Motion was made by Sue Lancaster to recuse Paul Denney, <br />seconded by Arvin Starrett. Motion carried 4-0. Motion to approve the <br />request was made by Barbara Wilson, seconded by Sue Lancaster. <br />Motion carried 4-0. Motion was made for Paul Denney to return by Sue <br />Lancaster, seconded by Ann Rodgers. Motion carried 4-0. <br />~~~~~ CONSENT AGENDA ~~~~~ <br />5. <br />Discussion of and possible action regarding the following structures <br />considered by code inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of <br />the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled <br />“Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures,” to determine <br />whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and designated on <br />the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic <br />Landmark, or as historic property as designated by the City Council of the <br />City of Paris: <br />A. <br />229 5th Street N.E. <br />B. <br />430 13th Street N.W. <br />C. <br />675 13th Street N.W. <br />D. <br />1105 17th Street N.W. <br />E. <br />1167 17th Street N.W. <br /> <br />
