<br />injunctive relief, or any other appropriate remedy, at law or equity, to which the party <br />may be entitled, including court costs and attorney's fees. All defenses and immunities <br />afforded either party to this Agreement under the law are hereby specifically reserved. <br /> <br />29. VENUE: In the event suit is filed by either party as a result of the performance <br />or non-performance of the terms set forth in this agreement, venue of any such action in <br />state court shall lie exclusively in the courts of Lamar County, Texas, and in federal court <br />shall lie exclusively in the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Tyler <br />Division. <br /> <br />30. The Contractor must be <br />an equal opportunity employer. <br /> <br />32. <br /> <br />Time is of the essence in the performance of this Agreement. <br /> <br />33.
