It appears that the master plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />1. Provide a 75-foot radius in the Right-Of-Way to the Southeast corner of Lot 7 in Block <br />A. <br />2. Please revise the ,following item in #.4 of the general notes to read, "All residential. lots <br />have SF-2 zoning." ."" ", . <br />3. I recommend that we allow the 500-foot radii on Candice Drive, but reduce the speed <br />limit to 30-miles per hour. <br />4. Provide the flow data for the lift station in Oak Creek, and show an approximate number <br />of lots that can be developed before the lift station is required to be upgraded. Add this <br />infonnation to the general notes #12. . <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the master plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: <br /> <br />Tony N.
