Consideration of 'and action on the Final Plat of 'Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block A, Lamar Business <br />Park Addition, being located in the 800 Block of Loop 286 S.E. <br />Shawn Napier, City Engineer, stated they had to add infrastructure which included <br />building a sewer line and adding a couple of fire hydrants. They had to build the <br />infrastructure prior to getting the final plat approved. At this time all work has been <br />completed and approved by the City. Motion was made by Richard Hunt, seconded by <br />Keith Flowers to approve the final plat, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Victofy Baptist <br />Church Addition CB 316, being number 3155 Pine Mill Road. <br />Shawn Napier, City Engineer, stated they want to get the preliminary plat approved so they <br />can start the infrastructure. Drainage has been addressed diverting water to Pine Mill to <br />keep water from draining into the backyards located to the east of the property. They have <br />already started the dirt work with approval from the City. Motion was made by James <br />Price, seconded by Keith Flowers to approve the preliminary plat, subject to the City <br />Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 5-0. <br />8.
