Henderson. <br /> <br />Motion was made to deny by Benny Plata due to a technicality that <br />the petitioner requested the wrong classification and that no mobile <br />home should go in the area because new homes are being built <br />nearby, seconded by Russell McCain. Motion carried 5 ayes and 2 <br />nays. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the Master Plat of Pecan Place. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Carl Lucas, seconded by Bobby Myers to <br />approve the plat, subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated June 1, <br />
