Reeves Hayter said he <br />could live with either, but preferred the second plat because it took you <br />further out to FM 195. <br /> <br />Reeves Hayter told the developer that there would be a City maintenance <br />issue by the time twenty-seven culverts were put in. Shawn Napier stated <br />that, by the time the other street was upgraded, 36th Street would no longer <br />need to be a collector level street. The Subcommittee discussed various road <br />locations to aid in better traffic flow. After which the Subcommittee <br />recommended that the developer go with the first plat with a reverse curve, <br />and he recommended another meeting to review the revised plat once it was <br />completed. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 1: 15 p.m. <br />
