Reeves Hayter reminded the
Subcommittee that the issues regarding the plat were (1) there was no
entrance on FM 195, (2) a collector street needed to go all the way through the
subdivision, (3) there was a dangerous curve by Brownwood Subdivision, and
(4) whether there should be curb and gutter along 36th Street.

Items one and two had been addressed by extending a street from 34th
through to FM 195. Item three had been addressed by removing the corner lot
from Phase I and making it ineligible for construction.

With regard to Item 4, the Subcommittee discussed whether it should
recommend to the City Council that curb and gutter be required along 36th
Street.
