Furthermore, no wells or septic tanks shall be located on the leased premises by LESSEE without LESSOR's express written approval. 19. That it shall be lawful for LESSOR's designated representatives to enter upon and into the leased premises, and every part thereof, at all times for the purpose of inspecting and examining the condition thereof. 20.
