Data Upgrade - Standard Services:
Bibliographic, Authority, Item, Patron, and Circulation Transaction (including reserves)
file migration (where applicable):

$5,000

This service includes:
Reports
Profiles
Bibliographic Records
Authority Records
Item Records
Patron Records
Circulation Transactions/Reserves Records

Gap Processing
The gap process consists of migrating a second set of the library's data added, modified, and deleted in the
bibliographic, authority, item, and patron files since the initial data pull. Additionally, the circulation
transaction data will be migrated during the gap period, along with a newly updated item status.

Because the Galaxy software does not necessarily update the modification date in the various data files,
bibliographic, authority, and item record modification, and patron record maintenance during the gap
period should be minimized as much as possible. GIS' assigned implementation manager will work with
you to develop a workflow that best meets the needs of the library, dependent on the final implementation
schedule.

For further details, please refer to the page entitled Data Upgrade Details at the end of this quote.

~ otal - Database Services

$5,000

Qmional On-Site Profiling Service
On-site profiling is an optional service offered by GIS to provide the opportunity to have the automation
environment of a given site or sites more fully evaluated by a GIS migration specialist. This can be
contracted for on a "travel and expenses" basis.

PO LARIS

POI.AIœ

II
