<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a
<br />part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, Abstract 778, also being a part of Lot 4, City Block
<br />188-~ as conveyed to Lon Russell and Lula Russell by deed recorded in Volume 313,
<br />Page 130, of the Lamar County Deed Records, and being further described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a 1" iron pipe found in the East Boundary Line of 8th Street
<br />Southeast at the Southwest comer of said Lot 4 and at the Northwest comer of Lot 5, City
<br />Block 188-A;
<br />Thence North with said East Boundary Line (same line called South in V,313,
<br />P,130, and used as the bearing base) a distance of69,68 feet to a spike nail set for comer;
<br />Thence South 890 19' 04" East a distance of 120,00 feet to a spike nail set for
<br />corner; . '
<br />Thence South a distance of 69,68 feet to a spike nail set for comer in the South
