Hodges by Richard Hunt <br />herself from this item. Motion to approve the grant was made by <br />Barbara Wilson, seconded by Jerry Raper. Motion carried 7-0. Motion <br />to return Claudia Hunt to the meeting was made by Sue Lancaster, <br />seconded by Ann Rogers. Motion carried 7-0. <br />5. <br />Consideration of and possible action on amendments to the proposed Design <br />Guidelines for the Downtown Historic District as the same relates to <br />Motion to omit “horizontal” from Item c. was made by Barbara <br />canopies. <br />Wilson, seconded by Paul Denny.
