( <br /> <br />Lisa Wright, Director of Community Development? <br /> <br />Zoning Change Requests to be Presented at the August 1, 2005, Meeting of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, and the August 8, 2005, Meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Paris . <br /> <br />July 27,2005 <br /> <br />The following zoning change requests will be presented at the August 1,2005, meeting of <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission for its consideration: <br /> <br />/lw <br />cc: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />John Marc Tolson is requesting that the property located on Part of Lot 14, City <br />Block 259 (+/- 3.55 acres), being located in the 700 block of North Collegiate Drive <br />be rezoned from a Planned Development District (PD-a) - Retail Shopping Center to <br />a Planned Development District (PD-b) - Housing Development or Community Unit <br />Development (Assisted Living). The Comprehensive Plan recommends that this area <br />be zoned Planned Development. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Angela Corrigan is requesting that the property located on Lot 2, Block A of the <br />Westwood Addition, being number 3420 W. Houston Street be rezoned from a One- <br />Family Dwelling District No.2 (SF-2) to a Neighborhood Service District (NS) for <br />the purpose of opening a Christian counseling service in a portion of the residence. <br />The Comprehensive Plan recommends that this area be zoned Moderate Density <br />Residential. <br /> <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />I <br />
