He was very receptive. I sent him <br />an application, and he said he would be in <br /> <br /> <br />COA was approved on 6/8/05. Contractor <br />made contact with the HPO to advise that <br />work would commence within a few months <br />because he had other jobs ahead of this <br />one. A rendering has been provided by <br />THC and a cOPV of that has been forwarded <br /> <br />The building may have been purchased at <br />this point.
