It appears that the master plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. Show the Right of Way and street widths for all roadways through the subdivision. Show <br />the existing paving. The minimum street width in all commercial areas is 39-feet from <br />back of curb to back of curb. A 28-foot street is only allowed in residential areas. <br />2. Provide a preliminary drainage plan with the existing and proposed stormwater <br />calculations with acreage by zoning class to be drained. Provide detention pond <br />calculations for the master plat area. An off site drainage easement will be required at the <br />detention pond discharge area. Provide erosion control at the pond discharge. <br />3. Show proposed and existing water and sewer lines sizes and pip types. <br />4. Off site utility easements will be required for the lift station force main. <br />5. Label the lots, blocks and building lines for the subdivision. Use letters for the blocks <br />and numbers for the lots. <br />6. Label the alley Right-of- Way widths. <br />7. Change the following items in the general notes: # 4 change from EP A to TCEQ and <br />delete # 6 and # 12 <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the master plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: <br /> <br />Tony N.
