It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br /> <br />1. All roadways shall be collector level roads. Collector roadways are 39-feet wide from <br />the back of curb to back of curb and have shall have 60- feet or Right of Way. <br />2. Off site drainage easements will be required from Unit 1 to the detention pond area. <br />3. Off site utility easements will be required for the lift station, force main and for the sewer <br />line trom the preliminary plat (Unit 1) to the lift station. <br />4. Change the blocks trom numbers to letters. Block 1 will be become A, block 3 will <br />become B, block 2 will become C and block 4 will become D. <br />5. Change planning department in number seven of the general notes to Community <br />Development. <br />6. Provide construction plans of Unit 1 to the Engineering Dept. for review. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: <br /> <br />Tony N.
