Enterprises Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br /> <br />1. Provide a preliminary drainage plan showing existing and proposed runoff calculations. <br />2. Label all lots as Block A and change to lots 1, 2 & 3. <br />3. Show the building lines. <br />4. Show the current zoning for each lot. <br />5. Add a five (5)-foot utility easement along the Lamar Ave. frontage. <br />6. Show the existing fire hydrants along Lamar Ave., a fire hydrant may be required for lot <br />3. <br />7. Change the contact persons for the City of Paris and SBC. <br />8. Submit a site plan to the City of Paris Engineering Department for review. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: <br /> <br />Tony N.
