Products <br />cannot be offered for sale from the premises and no commercial vehicles, except a pick up truck or van that are operated by the <br />residents of the dwelling can be kept on the premises or parked overnight. <br /> <br />There shall be no change in the outside appearance of the building or other visible evidence of the conduct of such home occupation. <br /> <br />\Jo permanent signs are permitted on any vehicle used for the business. The use of the dwelling unit for the home occupation shall be <br />:Iearly incidental and subordinate to its use for residential purposes by its occupants, and under no circumstances the owner shall <br />:hange the residential character thereof. <br /> <br />\Jo home occupation shall be conducted in any accessory building or in the yard nor shall the business occupy more than twenty percent <br />)f the living space of the residence. No traffic shall be generated.
