Home occupations proposed in the City of Hood River's Urban Growth Boundary shall <br />comply with the City's definitions and standards in Section 53.15 - Definitions, paragraph <br />B. <br /> <br />Section 53.35 - Nonconfonnin2 Use <br /> <br />A. Compliance with Article 65 - Nonconforming Use, of the Hood River County Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />B. Any proposed expansion or change in use of either a home occupation or one or two <br />person business in operation prior to the adoption date of this ordinance shall be subject to <br />the requirements of this ordinance and shall require a conditional use permit. In the event <br />of a denial of such application, the home occupation or one or two person business shall be <br />allowed to continue as originally approved, as a nonconforming use. <br /> <br />I <br />
