Public Housing
Account - pays all the bills. Section 8 Account reimburses PH Account at the
end of every month.

Currently PH account is over $200,000 plus we have a $100,000 CD invested.
Section 8 Account at $180,000.

2. Funding for the Section 8 Program is not based on number of vouchers; it is now
funded on a monetary basis. HUD gives the PHA's a set amount of funding.
They want HA's to help as many people as possible based on the set amount of
funding.

3. Denny Head covered Capital Funding, PHAS/SEMAP scoring (due by August
31), REAC Inpsection Assessment, and Resident Assessment Survey. Also
covered PIC reporting requirements - PIC makes no allowances for vacant units
which means that when a HA is not reporting a family for a unit due to vacancy it
counts as not reporting.

1

~
I

I
