<br />Funds made available by this contract amendment for the period of September 1, 2005 through <br />December 31, 2005 must be used for services perfonned on or after September 1, 2005 through <br />December 31, 2005. Any funds that are not expended for services performed during that period <br />are not available. PERFORMING AGENCY shall submit all claims and supporting <br />.documentation for dates of service between September 1, 2005 and December 31, 2005 to <br />RECENING AGENCY no later than February 28, 2006. <br /> <br />SECTION III. BUDGET: <br /> <br />PERFORMING AGENCY shall adhere to the current schedule of allowable services and rates as <br />referenced in SECTION II.
