<br />DISANNEXA TION PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS <br />.' .- . 200"6.".." ... ... <br /> <br />Tract 1 <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the north right-of-\vay line of US H\vy 82 East, said point <br />being 2,640 feet east of the east right-of-\vay line of County Road 42600 (Mt. <br />Olive Road or 6th Street N.E. in Reno); <br />THENCE easterly along the north right-of-way line of US Hwy 82 East a <br />distance of 1,665 feet to a point, said point being a distance of 2,744 feet from <br />the south\vest corner of the existing Sun Valley city limits line, said point also <br />being in a fence line; <br />THENCE north \vith said fence line a distance of 680 feet to a point, said <br />point being in the original Paris E.T.J. as established by the annexation of the <br />Cox Field Airport property in Ordinance No. 2169 of the City of Paris, passed and <br />adopted on the 10th day of December, 1973; <br />THENCE \vesterly along the Paris E.T.J. established by the aforementioned <br />annexation a distance of 342 feet to a point, said point being 1/2 mile from the <br />most northerly south'west corner of the existing Sun Valley city limits line; <br />THENCE northerly, parallel \villi and 1/2 mile \vest of the most northerly <br />\vest boundary line of the exislliîg Sun Valley city limits line, a distance of 5,040 <br />feet to a point in the east right-of-\vay line of County Road 42óOO; <br />THENCE south, \vest, and south\vesterly\vith the east and south right-of- <br />\vay lines of County Road 42óOO a distance of approximately 3,111 feet to the <br />existing Reno E.T.J. as shov:n on Exhibit A to the "Agreement Apportioning <br />Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Overlap" bet\veen the City of Paris and the City of <br />Reno, dated October 8, 1984; <br />THENCE southerly 2Jong such agreed-upon existing Reno E.T.J. a. <br />distarlce of 5, 194 f~et to the place of beginning, containing 193.94 2.cres.' <br /> <br />Tract 2 <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point in the existing Paris city limits line as described in <br />Ordinance No. 97-059, said point being in the east right-of-\vay line of County <br />Road 32100 and being a distance of 500 feet south of the centerline of US Hviy <br />82 \Vest, said point also being the most \vesterly south\vest corner. of the existing <br />Paris city limits line; <br />THENCE North 02 Deg. 28 ìv1in. 40 Sec. \Vest along said existing Paris city <br />limits line a distance of 1,078.384 feet, more or less, to a point, said point being <br />a distance of 500 feet north of the centerline of US H\vy 82 West, said point also <br />being the most \vesterly north\vest comer of the existing Paris city limits line; <br />THENCE South 65 Deg. 32 Min. 31 Sec. \Vest, parallel to and 500 feet <br />north of the centerline of US H\vy 82 \Vest, a distance of2,747.803 feet, more or <br />less, to a pc;>int, said point being in the existing Toco ETJ line; <br />.
