It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions: <br /> <br />1. Provide a contact person for the owner and/or developer. <br />2. Show the proposed water and stonn sewer lines On the plat. <br />3. Provide the drainage calculations on the plat. <br />4. All the drainage easements shall be 20-feet wide. <br />5. Change the water line easement on the Southwest comer of the lot from IO-feet wide to <br />IS-feet wide. <br />6. Label the Subdivision as Block A, Lot 1. <br />7. Show the current zoning for the area to be platted (PD-b). <br />8. Provide a five-foot utility easement along Collegiate Drive. <br /> <br />.
