It appears that the final plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception. <br /> <br />1. Label Lots 1 through 10 as Block A. <br />2. . Provide any proposed setbacks for the subdivision as well as any deed restrictions. <br />3. Change the street label from Yoder Road to Private Street. . <br />4. Remove the word "Right-of-Way" and replace with "ingress/egress easement". The <br />private road will be platted as a 50-foot utility and ingresS/egress easement. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the fmal plat upon compl,etion of the above items. <br /> <br />. cc: <br /> <br />Tony N.
