It appears that the master plat <br />corP-plies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the folloWing exceptions: <br /> <br />. 1. Label the addition as Block A, lots 1 through 6. <br />2. Add a lO-foot utility easement along the South side ofD.S. 82 along all six lots. <br />3. Show the existing buildings with the appropriate setbacks. <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the master plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: <br /> <br />Tony N.
