It appears that the fmal plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception. <br /> <br />1. Provide an address for the O\VI1ers <br />2. Add "Right-of-Way" in the dedication statement. <br />3. ,Submit a list of any deed restrictions for the subdivision. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the fmal plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: <br /> <br />Tony N.
