It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions: <br /> <br />1. Provide a drainage plan with the site plan, the open channel will need to be concrete lined <br />or the box culvert will need to be extended. <br />2. Submit a site plan to the Engineering Department for review. <br />3. Revise the 60-foot drainage easement to be centered over the box culvert and proposed <br />channel improvements. The existing drainage easement will need to be abandoned. <br />4. The 7-1/2-foot utility easement will need to be abandoned and utilities relocated. <br />5.
