<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zo . g mmission <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Shawn Napier, P.E. <br />City Engineer / D. 0 of Public Works <br /> <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />August 30, 2005 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />East Park Center, Lot 4 <br /> <br />I h~ve reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions: <br /> <br />1. Provide a drainage plan with the site plan, the open channel will need to be concrete lined <br />or the box culvert will need to be extended. <br />2. Submit a site plan to the Engineering Department for review. <br />3. Revise the 60-foot drainage easement to be centered over the box culvert and proposed <br />channel improvements. The existing drainage easement will need to be abandoned. <br />4. The 7-1/2-foot utility easement will need to be abandoned and utilities relocated. <br />5. Label the existing zoning. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: <br /> <br />TonyN. Williams, City Manager <br />Larry W.
