AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT-MEDICAL CENTER AND HOSPITAL (PDd) AND OFFICE CENTER (pD-t), PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED FOR LOT 14, CITY BLOCK 259, BY THE ADOPTION OF ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 2000-038, ADOPTED AUGUST 14, 2000, SAID SITE PLAN BEING FOR A PORTION OF LOT 14, THE SAME BEING LOT 14A-4, CITY BLOCK 259; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has previously adopted Ordinance No. 2000-038, adopted August 14, 2000, establishing a Planned Development District- Medical Center and Hospital (PDd) and Office Center (PD- f) on Lot 14, City Block 259, as described in the aforesaid ordinance; and, WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the site plan for a portion of said Planned Development District, the same being Lot 14A -4, City Block 259 as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the fmdings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all things approved. Section 2. That the site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lot 14A-4, City Block 259, located at 2920 Pine Mill Road, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be and the same is hereby, approved. Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed to the extent of said conflict only. Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective on October 1, 2005. T
