It appears that .the final plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception. <br /> <br />1. Label lots 1 through 4 as Block A. <br />2. Add the last bearing and distance call to the field notes. <br />3. Show the building lines for all lots. <br />4. Remove the inset area map from the final plat. <br />5. Show the footprint of the existing and proposed buildings with a finished floor elevation <br />for each one that is different. <br />6. Title the dedication statement and add Right-of-Way in the statement. <br />7. Title the Guarantee and remove "as built construction plans by City Engineer" to "this <br />plat". <br />8. Change the 15-foot utility easement on the West side of lots 1 and 2 to a 20-foot wide <br />easement. <br />9. Change the 43-foot wide easement on the North side of lot 3 to a drainage and utility <br />easement from the West property line of lots 1 & 2 to the East property line. <br /> <br />I recoriunend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: <br /> <br />Tony N.
