EXHIBIT "A" A part of the Larkin Rattan Survey within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary Line of City Block 11 a distance of 100 feet East of the Southwest corner of said City Block 11 at the intersection of the North Boundary Line of East Houston Street with the East Boundary Line of North Main Street; THENCE North a distance of 98.5 feet, a point; THENCE East a distance of 116 feet, a point in the West Boundary Line of 1 st Street N.E.; THENCE South a distance of 16 feet, a point, also in the West Boundary Line of 1 st Street N.E.; THENCE Westerly a distance of 100 feet to an alley; THENCE South with the East Boundary Line of such alley a distance of 108 feet, a stake in the North Boundary Line of East Houston Street; THENCE Westerly with said North Boundary Line a distance of 16 feet to the place of beginning, and being a portion of the property donated far a public alley in (i) deed from Dorothy Broad Beaird and John Beaird to William L. Jones, dated December 18, 1923, of record in Book 206, Page 80, Lamar County Deed Records; (ii) deed from C. L Broad, Guardian of Charles Broad, a minor, to William L. Jones, dated January 9, 1924, of record in Book 206, Page 81, Lamar County Deed Records; and (iii) deeds from C. I. Broad, et al, to William L. Jones, dated November 19, 1923, of record in Book 206, Page 82, and in Book 211, Page 171, Lamar Counry Deed Records; reference being made to all the above mentioned instruments and records for all necessary purposes.
