EXHIBIT "A" <br />A part of the Larkin Rattan Survey within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, <br />described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary Line of City Block 11 a distance of 100 feet <br />East of the Southwest corner of said City Block 11 at the intersection of the North Boundary Line <br />of East Houston Street with the East Boundary Line of North Main Street; <br />THENCE North a distance of 98.5 feet, a point; <br />THENCE East a distance of 116 feet, a point in the West Boundary Line of 1 st Street <br />N.E.; <br />THENCE South a distance of 16 feet, a point, also in the West Boundary Line of 1 st Street <br />N.E.; <br />THENCE Westerly a distance of 100 feet to an alley; <br />THENCE South with the East Boundary Line of such alley a distance of 108 feet, a stake <br />in the North Boundary Line of East Houston Street; <br />THENCE Westerly with said North Boundary Line a distance of 16 feet to the place of <br />beginning, and being a portion of the property donated far a public alley in (i) deed from Dorothy <br />Broad Beaird and John Beaird to William L.
