<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZON[NG ORDINANCE NUMBER 98-011, WHICH
<br />AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
<br />BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL
<br />OF A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR LOTS 1, 3, 4, AND 5, BLOCK A,
<br />SUMMERWOOD ESTATES AND LOTS 1, 2, 3, AND 4, BLOCK B, SUMMERWOOD
<br />ESTATES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
<br />CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 1,
<br />1998.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 98-01 l of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be,
<br />and the same is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows:
<br />"Section 2. The site plan amendments, includiiig the drainage plans, for Lots 1,
<br />3, 4, and 5, Block A, Summerwood Estates, and Lots 1, 2, 3, aild 4, Block B,
<br />Summerwood Estates, attached hereto as Exhibits A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H,
<br />respectively, be, and the same are hereby, approved."
<br />Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly
<br />repealed.
<br />Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on May l, 1998.
