<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLI5HED BY
<br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE-FAMILY
<br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) ON LOTS 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F, 3G, 3H, 31, 4, 5, AND
<br />6, CITY BLOCK 258, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JAMES HUTCHISON, SO AS
<br />TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY
<br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
<br />MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED;
<br />PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL
<br />ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
<br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JULY 1, 1998.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
<br />MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) be, and the same is hereby,
<br />established on LOTS 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F, 3G, 3H, 31, 4, 5, AND 6, CITY BLOCK 258, on property
<br />belonging to JAMES HUTCHISON, so as to include in such MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING
<br />DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently
<br />designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries
<br />of said MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are
<br />hereby, established as follows:
<br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being Lots 3C, 31), 3E, 3F, 3G, 3H, 31, 4, 5, and 6,
<br />City Block 258, and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a point in the North Boundary Line of Cherry Street, being
<br />the Southwest corner of Lot 3C, City Block 258;
<br />THENCE East along the North Boundary Line of Cherry Street a distance
<br />of approximately 346 feet to a point for corner in the West Boundary Line of 25th
<br />Street N. E. , also being the Southeast corner of Lot 5, City Block 258;
<br />THENCE North along the West Boundary Line of 25th Street N. E. a
<br />distance of 215 feet to a point for corner, being the Northeast corner of Lot 6, City
<br />Block 258;
<br />THENCE West a distance of 60 feet along the South Boundary Line of Lot
<br />7, City Block 258;
<br />THENCE North along the West Boundary Line of said Lot 7 a distance of
<br />110 feet to a point for corner in the South Boundary Line of Lot 3G, City Block
<br />258, also being the Northeast corner of Lot 3F;
