ORDINANCE NO. 98'034 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT (2F) ON LOT 17-D, CITY BLOCK 311, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br />CURTIS DALE MABERRY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br />DESIGNATED AS A ONE-r AMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); <br />DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br />(2F) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; <br />REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br />HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF SEPTEMBER 1, 1998. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br />TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT <br />17-D, CITY BLOCK 311, on property belonging to CURTIS DALE MABERRY, so as to include <br />in such TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) the hereinafter described property, which <br />was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 <br />(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), be, and <br />the same are hereby, established as foilows: <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, being Lot 17-D, <br />City Block 311, also being a part of Lot 17-B of said City Block as shown by <br />Minor Plat recorded in Volume 9, Page 497-498 of the Lamar County Plat Records <br />and being further described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 17-A, City Block 311, as <br />shown by said replat in the South Boundary Line of U. S. Highway No. 271; <br />THENCE North 57 Degrees, 30 Minutes West with said South Bowndary <br />Line a distance of 42.8 feet to a point in the beginning of a curve to the left having <br />a radius of 1262.53 feet; <br />THENCE Northwesterly with a partion of said curve ro the left having a <br />long chord bearing North 67 Degrees, 48 Minutes, 20 Seconds West 15.15 feet an <br />arc distance of 15.15 feet to the place of BEGINNING for t11is tract; <br />THENCE South 0 Degrees, 15 Minutes East with the West Line of a 50 <br />foot access and utility easement, a distailce of 151.54 feet to a point for corner; <br />THENCE North 89 Degrees, 15 Minutes West a distance of 125.00 feet to <br />a point for corner; <br />THENCE North 0 Degrees, 15 Minutes West a distance of 192.63 feet to <br />a point for corner in a curve to the right having a radius of 1262.53 feet; <br />THENCE Southeasterly with said curve having a long chord bearing South <br />71 Degrees, 09 Minutes, 50 Seconds East a distance of 132.32 feet to the place of <br />beginning, contaiiung 0.497 acres of land, being nuinbers 3740 and 3742 <br />Clarksville Street. <br />
