Annual Financial Statements and Operating Data <br />The financial information and operating data with respect to the Issuer to be provided annually in accordance <br />with such Section are as specified (and included in the Appendix or under the headings of the Official Statement and <br />Tables referred to) below: <br />Tables l, 11, 12, 27 and 29 through 33 (only) in Appendix A and the Issuer's audited fnancial report in <br />Appendix D. <br />Accounting Principles <br />The accounting principles referred to in such Section are the accounting principles described in the notes to <br />the financial statements referred to in paragraph 1 above. <br />
