ORDINANCE NO. 98-043 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP ON SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL, DAY NURSERY OR KINDERGARTEN ON LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 220-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ANTHONY NOLAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY NORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO-r'AMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL, DAY NURSERY OR KINDERGARTEN SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONt'LICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 1, 1998. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretof'ore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance lvo. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL, DAY NURSERY OR KINDERGARTEN be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 220-A, on property belonging to ANTHONY NOLAN, so as to include in such TWO-FAMIL,Y DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL, DAY NURSERY OR KINDERGARTEN the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the bouildaries of said TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL, DAY NURSERY OR KINDERGARTEN, be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being L,ot 6, City Block 220-A, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake in the Southwest corner of Lot 6, City Block 220- A; THENCE East a distance of 62.5 feet to a stake for corner in the Southeast corner of said tract; THENCE North a distance of 162 feet to a stake for corner in the Northeast corner of said tract;
