ORDINANCE NO. 98-045 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE-FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) ON LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 204, ON PROPERTY <br />BELONGING TO BRENDA SAVAGE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); <br />DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO <br />EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN <br />CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFN'ECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER <br />1, 1998. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretof'ore established by the Zoniug Map and Ordinance <br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, TeRas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, atld that a <br />MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) be, and the same is hereby, <br />established on LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 204, on property belongiilg to BRENDA SAVAGE, so <br />as to include in such MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) the <br />hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE- <br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said MULTIPLE- <br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby, established as <br />follows: <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Counry of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, being a part of <br />a 25 1/2 acre tract conveyed to John Martin by R. C. Chism and wife on May 5, <br />1883, and being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake the Northwest corner of a lot conveyed by deed to <br />J. R. Jackson from F. R. Fenet; <br />THENCE West a distance of 73 feet, a stake in the East Boundary Line of <br />a street; <br />THENCE South a distance of 183 feet, a stake in the North Boundary Line <br />of an alley; <br />THENCE East with the North Boundary Line of said alley a distance of 73 <br />feet, being J. R. Jackson's Southwest corner; <br />THENCE Narth a distance of 183 feet to the place of beginning, being the <br />same property described in deed from Diane Moss McCoin et al to Lon M. Pitcock <br />et ux datetl February l, 1978, of record in Volume 599, Page 253, Lamar County <br />Deed Records, and being number 2249 Boilham Street. <br />
