ORDINANCE NO. 98-046 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) ON LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 318, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO PAUL LANDERS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFI,ICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 1, 1998. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, aiid the same are hereby, changed, and that an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) be, and the same is llereby, established on LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 318, on property belonging to PAUL LANDERS, so as to include in such AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a» ONE-FAMILY DWELLIIVG DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey and a part of an 18.95 acre tract of land conveyed to Paul Landers and wife, Mary, by deed recorded in Volume 386, Page 327, Lamar County Deed Records, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point for corner in the West Boundary Line of 34th Street N.E., the Southeast corner of said 18.95 acres; THENCE North 88 Deg. 19 Min. 15 Sec. West with the South Boundary Line of said 18.95 acres a distance of 141.86 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 1 Deg. 23 Min. 30 Sec. East a distance of 150.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 88 Deg. 19 Min. ] 5 Sec. East a distance of 41.86 feet to a point for corner; THENCE Narth 1 Deg. 23 Min. 30 Sec. East a distance of 566.38 feet to a point for carner;
