ORDINANCE NO. 98-053 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES E5TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING DEVELOPMElYT OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PDb) ON LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 258, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO SANGYOON LEE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING DEVELOPMENT OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PDb) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER 1, 1998. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretafore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING DEVELOPMENT OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PDb) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 258, on property belonging to SANGYOON LEE, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING DEVELOPMENT OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PDb) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-1), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING DEVELOPMENT OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PDb), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Hiram Williams Survey, being Lot 8, City Block 258, also being the same property described in deed from Mrs. Rowena Scott Wilson and husband, C. C. Wilson, to R. W. Pratt, dated February 10, 1937, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of 1 1/2 acres of land conveyed by Mrs. W. R. Read to E. Wiegand by deed dated March 12, 1918, and recorded in Volume 165, Page 483, Lamar County Deed Records; THENCE West a distance of' 360 feet to the Northeast corner of a lot conveyed to John H. Short by E. Wiegand and wife by deed dated August 17, 1932, and recorded Volume 201, Page 501, Lamar County Deed Records; THENCE South with the East Boundary Line of said Short lot a distance of 116 feet to the Southeast corner of same; THENCE East a distance of 360 feet to the Southeast corner of the Read- Wiegand lot; ~
