ORDINANCE NO. 98-054 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARI5, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC U5E PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME ON LOT 18, CITY BLOCK 297, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GAVIN JAYNES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER 1, 1998. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 18, CITY BLOCK 297, on property belonging to GAVIN JAYNES, so as to include in such ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC iJSE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME, be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey #786, being Lot 18, Ciry Block 297, also being a part of a 20 acre tract of land conveyed to Jim Lay by deed recorded in Volume 263, Page 74, of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the West Boundary Line of a County Road, said point being North a distance of 190 feet from the present Southeast corner of said Lay tract of land; THENCE North along the West Boundary Line of said County Road a distance of 357 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 88 Deg. 30 Min. West a distance of 456 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 6 Deg. 40 Min. East a distance of 376 feet to a stake for corner;
